wHy did we create this product?
We created this product because we wanted our first product to be a solution to one of the most common problems for women and one that when corrected, can create the most significant change. That problem is getting the right amount of protein in the morning. When you start the day off right, it increases your chances for success throughout the rest of the day. A protein-rich breakfast curbs your appetite and keeps you full longer, suppressing hunger far better than a carbohydrate-heavy breakfast. But we don’t always have time or appetite for a substantial protein-rich breakfast and choices are limited. Studies show protein shakes can help you burn fat and keep it off better. One meta-analysis found one or two nutrient-fortified meal replacements could "safely and effectively produce significant sustainable weight loss and improve weight-related risk factors of disease." We’ve taken the complexity out of the morning protein and super smoothie and created the all-in-one Super Wellness Protein Our Wellness Super Protein is designed to be mixed into a smoothie or bowl with no need for all the extra powders, ingredients and superfoods. You simply add plant milk and if desired, your favourite frozen fruits.
Which of your products are cruelty-free?
All our products are cruelty-free, never tested on animals and 100% vegan.
Can I recycle your products?
Yes, all our products are housed in UV Mirin glass jars which are meant to be refilled with product from our recyclable, compostable pouch. Our jars can be recycled once you're finished with them and even make a lovely storage jar or vase. In fact, 100% of our packaging is recyclable - we choose not to coat or laminate our pouches or boxes as that impairs their recyclability.
What is the MFG date?
You will see a manufacturing (MFG) date on The Wellness Protein. This is not the products expiry date. These products are best consumed within 2 years of the MFG date on the product label.
When is the next product coming out?

We always try to make sure our products are in stock and ready to deliver to you. However, some products may be more popular than others. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on any order over $100 shipping within Australia.
How much is standard shipping?
Honnewellness.com offers free ground shipping on all Australia Domestic orders over $150 (excluding taxes) — no promotion code needed. For shipments totalling less than $150, there is a delivery charge of $10 for Australia Post. This offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not applicable with recurring, wholesale or bulk purchases. Terms of offer are subject to change.
How are my orders shipped?
Goods are dispatched from Australia via Australia Post. Goods are dispatched from our warehouse in QLD Australia.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get credit card authorisation and verification. Pending availability of stock, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, working closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of delays through customs for our international customers. For orders shipping within Australia: Our standard shipping option is sent via Australia Post Parcel Post and our express option via StarTrack. Goods are dispatched from NSW, Australia and prices include GST for Australian customers, and for customers outside of Australia, please be aware that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Honne Wellness has no control over these fees and will not assume responsibility. Those fees will be billed upon delivery.
Can I change my order?
Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate any changes; however please be aware this is not always possible. To start that process, send us an email straight away.
What is your return policy?
Making a return or exchange for a product purchased from honne-wellness.com is easy. Just make sure you send your unopened product(s) back to us within 21 days of receiving your order together with a copy of your order confirmation. Please notify us of your intention to return by using the contact form to ensure it is processed in a timely manner. Please note shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Customs duties, taxes and fees are non-refundable through Honne Wellness. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
What can I return?
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in a re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can make arrangements ASAP!

Yes, The Wellness Super Protein is vegan friendly.
Does The Wellness Super Protein contain sugar?
No. The Wellness Super Protein is sweetened with Natural Monkfruit extract, which does not have an effect on blood glucose levels. Our products do not contain any refined sugars. The only sugars in this product are naturally occurring in some of the ingredients in the formulation, such as the fruit and vegetable powders. The Wellness Super Protein contains a total of 2.1g of naturally occurring sugar per serve.
Can I take The Wellness Super Protein while on pharmaceutical medication?

Is The Wellness Super Protein suitable to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The Wellness Super Protein formulation contains herbal and superfood extracts, including herbs that are known for their detoxing effect. While there is no known reason for concern with consuming these products, please seek advice from your Primary Healthcare Professional to determine if the product is suitable for you during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The Wellness Super Protein has been formulated for adults and we do not recommend this product for children under 15 years of age.
What time of day should I take The Wellness Super Protein?
You can take The Wellness Super Protein at any time of day that best suits your daily routine when protein is required. We enjoy it blended in our morning smoothie or mixed with our favourite plant milk as an afternoon snack.
How should I store The Wellness Super Protein?
You may transfer The Wellness Super Protein into our UV Mirin Glass refillable jar, or leave in the original refill pouch or jar it is received in. If transferring The Wellness Super Protein Refill into your glass jar, make sure the har is completely dry prior to transferring. Ensure packaging is fully sealed in between uses and stored below 30ºC in a cool, dry place.
